What happens to the details you send us through an estimate request, who sees them, and how to have them removed.
We collect what you type into an estimate form, we use it to quote your job, and the contractor who would do the work sees it. We do not sell it to anyone.

Your name, phone number and email address, the type of project you pick, anything you write in the project notes, and a company name if you add one. Nothing on the form is collected that you have not entered yourself.
When a form is submitted we attach the page you first landed on, the page the form was sent from, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked. This tells us which pages and which ads actually produce calls.
No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics, no tracking pixels, and no profile built across other websites. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.
To call or email you back about the project you asked about, to prepare an estimate, and to keep a record of the job if you go ahead. We also look at the page and referral data in aggregate to work out which parts of the site are worth keeping.
We do not send marketing emails, and we do not add you to a list.
Your details go to the local concrete contractor who would carry out the work, so that they can contact you and quote the job. That is the point of sending the form, and it is stated on the form itself.
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and reach us by email. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
When you first arrive we save a small record in your own browser noting the page you landed on and where you came from. It stays for 30 days and is attached to a form if you send one.
It lives only on your device, it holds nothing you typed, and clearing your browser's site data removes it. Nothing in it identifies you personally.
Estimate requests are kept while we are quoting and, if you hire us, for as long as the job records are useful. Requests that never turn into work are cleared out periodically.
Email info@boerneconcretepros.com and ask, and we will delete your details and confirm when it is done. You can also ask us what we hold on you.
This site is for people arranging concrete work on a property. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Some pages link to outside sites such as industry associations. Once you follow one of those links you are on their site, under their privacy policy, not ours.
If this policy changes we will update the page and the date at the top of it. There is no mailing list, so the page itself is the record.
